Jackson Pollock Love and Death

The acclaimed greatest American Artist of the 20th century, was an influential painter and a major force in the
abstract expressionist movement. He used hardened brushes, sticks, and even basting syringes as paint applicators. Pollock's technique of pouring and dripping paint is one of the origins of the term action painting. Pollock created emotional art that helped define a new style, abstract expressionism.
